Issues with video speed:

Desktop Systems (Mac/Windows)
– refresh the browser
– reboot the computer
– reset internet hardware (modem, router) if you have access to them
– Make sure internet connection is working after reset
– Make sure Firewall allows you access to port 1935 (built in firewall or 3rd party)
– Make sure flash is installed and or updated, attempt a different browser since flash has a different install for each one.
– flush the system DNS cache (http://coolestguidesontheplanet.com/clear-the-local-dns-cache-in-osx/) to force an update of all IP addresses
– run a trace route to this address: dvip.smhcdn.com (http://www.wikihow.com/Traceroute) and look for any response times that are higher than 80ms as this would be a problem with internet routing and the ISP should get involved at this point.
– run a speed test at http://speedtest.net to find out your bandwidth, switch to a lower bitrate of the video if necessary
– run a network test using this tool from UC Berkeley (Java is required to be installed to the system) and if anything shows up in RED then there is a network issue and your ISP would need to help with this problem

Mobile IOS:
– refresh the browser
– reboot the device
– reset internet hardware (modem, router) if you have access to them and are using wifi.
– Make sure internet connection is working after reset
– Make sure you have latest updates for iOS 8 since there were major network issues with the original release of this OS
– last resort is to try using FlashFox or Photon browser (available on the market)

Mobile Android:
– refresh the browser
– reboot the device
– reset internet hardware (modem, router) if you have access to them and are using wifi.
– Make sure internet connection is working after reset
– Make sure you are using the Google Chrome browser for Android (other browsers may not work for streaming)
– last resort is to try using FlashFox or Photon browser (available on the market)
