  • How will I get access to the videos?

You will be asked to create a username and password which you can use to log in and view the videos.

  • I am having trouble logging in.

    1. Reset your password
    2. Check your spam/junk for the reset link
    3. Log in with your new password.
    4. Click on YOUR name and then COURSES on that tab.
    5. Enjoy learning!

  • Some videos get off in 10 minutes, how can I fix this:

This happens when we have animated questions. The question must not be showing up for you. Plesae ensure you are google chrome and have the latest flash player installed.

  • What are the requirements for my Microsoft Windows Machine?

Microsoft Windows 7 or higher (8, 10 etc. excluding Windows RT) with administrator privileges

Absolutely.

  • What form of payment(s) do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and the American Express Payment Network. The payment will be shown as “KISS Pharm LLC” in your statement.

  • Can I downgrade my subscription?

Once the order is placed, we do not have a way for you to downgrade your subscription plan. You can only upgrade your subscription.

  • How can I get a copy of my payment receipt?

Your payment receipt will be emailed over to you.
